TicketHound

Terms of Use

TicketHound ("we", "us") is operated by Robin Nordby, doing business as TicketHound.

Summary

This page (tickethound.ai) is a marketing site that lets you join a waitlist by giving us your email address. Using the site or joining the waitlist does not create an account, a contract for service, or any obligation on either side. We are not promising you a trial, a specific signup date, or a specific product feature by putting you on the list. Everything on the site (text, design, logo) belongs to us. Use the site lawfully and do not try to abuse the signup form. The site is provided as is, with no warranty, and our liability is limited as described below.

1. What this covers

These terms apply to your use of the tickethound.ai website, including the waitlist signup form. They do not cover the TicketHound product itself, which does not have a public signup or terms of service yet. When the product launches with self-serve signup, a separate terms of service for the product/service will apply and will supersede these terms for that purpose.

2. The waitlist is not a contract

Submitting your email to the waitlist form is a request to be contacted about TicketHound. It does not create an account, does not start a trial, and does not obligate us to contact you by any particular date or to offer you access at all. We can change, pause, or end the waitlist at any time.

3. Intellectual property

The site's content, design, text, and the TicketHound name and logo belong to Robin Nordby, doing business as TicketHound or its licensors. You may view and share the public pages of this site, but you may not copy, modify, or reuse the site's design, logo, or written content for your own commercial purposes without our permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • submit false or malicious information through the waitlist form (for example, someone else's email address without their permission);
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
  • use automated means to scrape or bulk-submit the waitlist form outside of normal individual use.

We may block or ignore submissions that appear abusive or automated.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, though we take reasonable steps toward that (see our Privacy Policy for what we actually do to protect your data).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin Nordby, doing business as TicketHound will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from this site or the waitlist will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), reflecting that this is a free, no-payment waitlist page.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. We will update the effective date below when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
